Everpic provides tools for browsing, finding, licensing, and purchasing event photos.

• Customers can search and purchase event photography
• Photographers can upload, organize, and sell their work
• Everpic can operate account, payment, and delivery workflows around that usage

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your login credentials, and the activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not use Everpic for unlawful or abusive activity
• Do not upload content unless you have the rights to do so
• Do not attempt to bypass security or automated protections
• Do not scrape, interfere with, or overload the service without permission

Prices are set through the platform experience and may change over time. Purchases, licensing scope, download availability, and refund handling may depend on the specific event, gallery, or seller workflow in use at the time of purchase.

Unless Everpic states otherwise for a specific order or technical support case, sales are final.

Product use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Photographers retain ownership of the photos they upload to Everpic
• Photographers grant Everpic the permissions needed to host, process, display, search, distribute, and sell those photos through the service
• Photographers are responsible for obtaining the rights, permissions, and releases required for the content they upload
• Photographer payouts, fees, and commissions are governed by the commercial terms in effect for the account at the time of sale

Everpic and its platform materials remain the property of Everpic or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the permissions and licenses needed for Everpic to host, process, search, display, and deliver that content.

By using Everpic's face-search functionality, you consent to the upload and processing of your selfie for facial matching against indexed event photos, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Everpic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect facial-match accuracy, or the continued availability of any specific photo, gallery, or seller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everpic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Everpic may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, legal compliance needs, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through Everpic support channels when account controls are available.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Everpic after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising from or relating to Everpic will be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
